HPTi College Hires

College hires are individuals who are hired based on their qualifications rather than for a particular job opening. We look for developers and consultants who enjoy solving unique technology problems and are looking for an environment where they can directly contribute to the growth of the firm and their own careers.

The College-Hire Process

The hiring process begins on the campuses of several universities. HPTi targets several schools with career fairs, campus visits, and even problem-solving competitions. We conduct on-campus interviews with candidates and present students with an in-depth briefing of the HPTi work environment. During the course of the year, HPTi hosts several events that allow potential hires to visit the corporate headquarters in Reston, Virginia, meet with current employees, and participate in a presentation by the company's president.
